Surya to debut at Casual Furniture & Accessories Market

Rugs from Surya's indoor/outdoor Cape Cod collection will be among product on display at the International Casual Furniture & Accessories Market in Chicago.
According to findings of the American Institute of Architects' 2013 Home Design Trends Survey, homeowners are continuing to invest in their properties, both by adding to existing outdoor living areas and by blending indoor and outdoor spaces.
"As the line blurs between indoor and outdoor living spaces, homeowners expect their outdoor environments to provide style and comfort, to have more of the feeling and function of an indoor space," said Satya Tiwari, Surya president. "The expansion of our indoor-outdoor product offering enables us to provide our designer and retail customers with the convenience of a single source for both indoor and outdoor home accessories while also providing impactful training, merchandising and display solutions that facilitate the successful marketing and selling of home accessories."
The home accessories supplier will spotlight its expansive range of indoor-outdoor home accessories at the show, which includes hundreds of rug and pillow options, as well as more than 70 poufs.
Surya introduced its first collection of indoor-outdoor products in 2007. The brand's offerings in this area have continued to evolve and now include a collection of indoor-outdoor art. Suitable for use in covered outdoor environments, this new art collection spans a range of motifs, including colorful seaside scenes and maps. Also introduced recently is a new outdoor rug pad designed to increase rug longevity.
