Uttermost acquires Berkeley-based Timeworks

"I've been a fan of Timeworks for many years, and could not be more excited to offer this product to our customers," said Uttermost CEO Mac Cooper. "Uttermost is continuing almost the entire Timeworks assortment from 2010, along with new timeworks introductions at the January markets.

The Timeworks product line is being shown this month in Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, and New York, in the Uttermost showrooms.
