Chelsea House renews Hamilton lease

Will remain in 200 North Hamilton building

Hamilton Properties, which includes the 200 N. Hamilton, 320 & 330 N. Hamilton buildings, has announced that long-term tenant, Chelsea House, has renewed its lease at the 200 North Hamilton Building.

Chelsea House has been a tenant at the 200 North Hamilton Building for many years and we are delighted that they have renewed their current lease. They offer a variety of exceptional furniture and fabulous accessories that are a tremendous draw for the high-end buyers,” said Lisa Shankle, leasing and property manager for Hamilton Properties.

“We are happy to extend our lease," said Bill Cain, president of Chelsea House. "The 200 North Hamilton Building specifically, and the Hamilton Wrenn Design District in general, is where our customers are and we wouldn’t consider having our showroom anywhere else. We want to be where the high-end buyers are and we have been very successful here for more than 30 years.”
