Kichler Lighting acquires Teron Lighting

CLEVELAND — Kichler Lighting, manufacturer of residential lighting, announced the acquisition of Teron Lighting, manufacturer of commercial lighting products headquartered in Fairfield, Ohio.

TLI provides commercial grade, energy-efficient lighting solutions serving markets such as assisted living, healthcare, commercial, education, government, hospitality and multi-family. The company also produces vandal-resistant and wet location fixtures. TLI will operate as a standalone entity with Michael Bellos and David Bellos continuing to manage the company's business. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
