Personnel changes announced at Costco, Stein Mart
Craig Jelinek appoint president and COO of Costco

The Board of Directors of Costco Wholesale Corp. has appointed Craig Jelinek as president and chief operating officer, effective immediately. Jelinek has held the position of executive vice president in charge of merchandising with the company since 2004. He spent the previous twenty years in various management positions in warehouse operations. Jelinek, along with CEO Jim Sinegal, Chairman of the Board Jeff Brotman and Senior Executive Vice President Dick DiCerchio will form an Office of the President, through which the four will coordinate on major company matters.
Brian R. Morrow has been appointed executive vice president and chief merchandising officer of Stein Mart, Inc. Morrow has more than 25 years of merchandise leadership, most recently as senior vice president and general merchandising manager at Macy's West. Morrow will assume his new position on January 31.
Gregory W. Kleffner, Stein Mart’s chief financial officer, has been promoted to executive vice president. Kleffner joined the company in August, 2009 as senior vice president and chief financial officer.
William Moll has resigned his position as Stein Mart’s senior vice president and general merchandising manager.
