Cisco, Hickory Chair, Valley Forge named Sage Award finalists
Prize recognizes environmental accomplishments

The American Home Furnishings Alliance and Cargill BiOH Polyols announced the three finalists for the first Sage award during the October High Point Market. Selected from a field of 15 entrants, the finalists are Cisco Brothers, Hickory Chair and Valley Forge.
The award program was created to recognize environmental accomplishments within the home furnishings and bedding industries.
"A sage is someone who is widely respected for wisdom, experience and judgment," said Andy Counts, AHFA CEO. "This award was created by AFHA and Cargill BiOH Polyols to seek out, discover and recognize industry innovators from whom all of us can learn."
The winner will be announced during AHFA's Sustainability Summit, Nov. 13-14 at Greensboro, N.C.’s Proximity Hotel, one of the greenest hotels in the country.
