Howard Elliott moving operations to larger location

Relocation will double distribution efforts, increase manufacturing capacity

Accent furniture and accessories manufacturer Howard Elliott Collection is moving its distribution and manufacturing operations from Carol Stream, Ill., to nearby Addison, Ill., effective Feb. 1, 2014.

The new building will double the size of Howard Elliott's current distribution operations and allow for increased manufacturing capacity for its upholstered accent furniture collection, according to a company press release.

In 2013, Howard Elliott introduced a new collection of upholstered accent furniture to bolster its slip covered furniture and decorative pillow lines. The new collection is manufactured entirely in the United States and complements the company's decorative mirror and accessory business.

"Our new location will be able to accommodate the substantial growth that we have experienced with our collection of domestically manufactured upholstered accent furniture, as well as improve distribution efficiencies for our existing collections of decorative mirrors, accessories and accent furniture," said Brian Berk, president of Howard Elliott.
