Dallas to open French Salon
June market will host latest international resource

Dallas Market Center has announced plans for the French Salon, an international temporary exhibit featuring a collection of gift and home products from France. The French Salon will open in June 2007 during the June International Gift & Home Accessories Market.
The French Salon is Dallas' latest international exhibit: the Mexico Pavilion opened in June 2005. The French Salon focuses on high end, high quality products from French companies that are well prepared and adapted to serve the U.S. market.
“The French Salon is a unique event,” said Bill Winsor, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “Our goal is to give French companies the opportunity to penetrate a new market and to give our buyers a selection of sophisticated product they currently can't find in a convenient location.”
The space will house a selection of exhibitors representing leading French gift and home products and will also have space for handcrafted and one-of-a-kind products. Additional displays will highlight French products already represented in Dallas Market Center. The French Salon will recreate the cosmopolitan atmosphere found at European shows with features such as VIP amenities, cocktail reception, designed booth furniture, distinctive signage, lighting and high quality displays.
Dallas Market Center has partnered with Arceau Marketing to offer a complete array of services from product adaptation, to marketing, to logistics, to local representation and follow up.
