Lutron, a manufacturer specializing in residential and commercial light control products, has unveiled a new collection of automated window treatments developed in partnership with European window decor manufacturer Coulisse.
The window treatments in The Coulisse Collection combine a host of stylish fabrics with Lutron's signature technological expertise, allowing the window treatments to automatically raise and lower with ease and with almost no sound.
"We have 700 new shade styles and fabric offerings across four collections," said David Weinstein, Lutron's vice president of residential sales. "We are where technology meets fashion."
The collection's four lines include:
- Elegance, a sophisticated, subdued collection featuring classic colors and textures
- Tranquil, a nature-inspired line featuring peaceful earth tones
- Bold, a vibrant collection of bright colors and graphic patterns
- Impact, presented in a large, pleated shade style in polished white, black and gray hues
"We focus on innovation," Weinstein said. "Our first innovation was in technology. Our next innovation is in fashion. We offer and incredible choice of style and fashion."
The company is targeting interior design market with this new offering, which also has remote control and even iPad-control options. The shades are available in sizes up to 72 to 120 inches, depending on the fabric choices, and there is a 20-day lead time for the products.
Lutron shows in High Point in MSS M-8003.
The Impact collection is presented in a large, pleated shade style in polished white, black and gray hues.
The designer shades can be operated by remote control and iPad app.
