Styles and Trends: Maison Maroc
Moroccan styling is on trend in home accents.

We're enchanted by the dramatic architectural references, the ultra-saturated colors, the super-stylized motifs — and yes, the sheer exotic-ness of it all. As Moroccan styling enjoys a renaissance, it's even more stylish (if that's possible) in an on-trend blend of orange and hot pink. Here's to one thousand and one Arabian nights.

Elaborate star motifs come alive on Bongenre's melamine plates, decked out in hot, spicy hues ($10 to $14). |
This juicy treat of a pillow from Dransfield & Ross captivates via a central medallion design, effected by a distinctive lace-over-linen technique ($315). |
Inspired by Niven Morgan's travels around the world, the new Doors & Destinations Collection makes a layover in sweet orange blossom-scented Marrakech ($30). |
Antique gold leaf silhouettes a stunning mosaic pattern in Regina-Andrew Design's Moroccan-inspired, cut iron pendant ($899). |
Exquisite archways punctuate Marjorie Skouras Design's dreamy Gilded Moorish table, evoking fantasy-laden escapades ($3,200). |
Paragon's architectural-influenced prints lean to the ornate and dramatic in these stylish, stylized renderings. |
Berber-inspired lattice work turns Selamat's high-backed Ambrose design into a serious showstopper of a seat ($595). |
Lattice-patterned silk contrasts against stacked cubes of faux horn in Jamie Young's tranquil, yet surprisingly decadent lamp ($875). |
Handmade in Marrakech, traditional leather pouf designs enchant in beguiling hues of fuchsia with shimmering silk embroidery from Tazi Designs ($235 each). |
Two's Company's reversible mat flips to the same boldly entrancing lattice print, transposing the color scheme ($40). |
