On Monday, Jan. 27, the North American Home Furnishings Association will host a lunch event at the Las Vegas Market for Next Generation Now members and industry leaders. Next Generation Now is an organization for young professionals in the home furnishings industry.
The event will give Next Generation Now members the opportunity to meet with experienced professionals, network and expand their knowledge of the home furnishings industry.
Participating in the lunch are Kerry Lebensburger, president of sales, Ashley Furniture Industries; Bob Maricich, CEO, International Market Centers; Jeff Child, president, RC Willey; and Lorri Kelley, vice president of sales, Palliser.
"The association is excited to offer a new market event for Next Gen Now members," said Sharron Bradley, NAFHA's CEO. "Our goal with this community is to help facilitate its members' growth and involvement within the industry however we can, whether that be arranging lunches with well-respected leaders or providing an opportunity to network."
Jordan Barrick, COO, Quality Furniture & Appliance, Mesquite, Texas, believes that the lunch will be a positive networking opportunity. "It is remarkable to be given such an exclusive opportunity to spend highly coveted time with such successful industry mentors."
