Online registration open for Summer NYIGF

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — A new online registration system for the New York International Gift Fair is now open at www.nyigf.com/register for attendees and exhibitors participating in the summer Fair, held Aug. 13-18, at New York City's Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and Passenger Ship Terminal Piers 92 and 94.

Advance registration, which is free to qualified retailers, is available online through 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, Aug. 9. After that date, registration costs $50 for qualified buyers. Suppliers and industry guests can register at any time for $150. Upon completion of online registration, participants will receive a barcode, which is redeemable for a badge at any of NYIGF's 70 self-registration terminals located at the Fair.

Another new system feature is the integrated registration for NYIGF's selection of educational seminars and special events. Details and a complete schedule of these activities are available at www.nyigf.com/programs.

"NYIGF's new online registration system is more user-friendly and efficient for both attendees and exhibitors," said Dorothy Belshaw, NYIGF director and GLM senior vice president.

Other buyer-friendly features of nyigf.com include a keyword search tool that provides product and vendor information and allows users to create and save "walking lists" for use during the Fair. Also, NYIGF's Online Catalog Gallery offers access to information for thousands of products from exhibiting companies.
