I am also outraged by this catalog. I have received it twice unsolicited. This company clearly does not have a clue with regard to restoration... as in our natural resources, our human resources and our confidence in corporate responsibility. Shame on you restoration hardware. Shame on you.

I CALLED RH to once again to make them stop sending catalog. the sweet agent advised me that it is printed on recycled paper. he confirmed with his advisor. i saw a pefc logo on the catalog which doesn't mean it was printed on recycled paper but all the phone customer service people have been told this!!! I think it is very sneaky to put that logo on there. shame on RH.
susan smith - 2011-09-17 14:02:28 EDTWe just received ours in the mail this week, completely unsolicited. I know I've been asked to be taken off their catalog list in the past, and it's been at least a year since I've purchased anything from them. To me that means this obscene, wasteful publication has been sent to millions of people who don't want it.
I'm contacting Restoration Hardware to protest this, and to let them know I will never buy something from them again. The only way a business like this will listen is if customers let them know something like this is unacceptable. If you're as disgusted as I am--make your voice heard.
