CHICAGO — Orlandi Statuary Company is celebrating 100 years in business in 2011 with tradeshow specials, freight incentives and discounts, the company announced.
Orlandi Statuary will be showing at the upcoming High Point Market, held Oct. 22-27, in the International Home Furnishings Center, Pavillions on 3, space 324.
In 1911, Egisto Orlandi traveled from Lucca, Italy, to Chicago, where he founded Orlandi Statuary. Artists, interior designers and museums acquired Orlandi's work, according to the company run by his descendents.
Today, the company has diversified its collections, which include Fiber Stone for the garden, religious statuary, fountains, columns and pedestals. Orlandi Statuary's factory and showroom are still located in Chicago where the company's staff of sculptors, artisans, mold-makers and casters handcrafts unique designs and custom orders.
We would love your feedback!
