Elk expands Dallas showroom

Readies January launch of HGTV product line

Elk Lighting has expanded its Dallas showroom to allow customers to view fixtures from Elk, Landmark Lighting, Artistic Lighting and the company's initial launch of HGTV exclusive branded products making their debut in January.

More than 2,000 square feet has been added to the Elk showroom in suite 3606 of the Trade Mart in Dallas.

Along with the HGTV by Elk launch of product, the company will also debut more than 750 new items in Dallas from Elk Lighting, Landmark Lighting and Sterling Industries. In addition, Bailey Street and Dimond designs will be on display in the Sterling showroom, WTC 509 in the Dallas Market Center.

"As the retail landscape evolves and the consumer is given so many options of where to purchase it is ever more important for lighting showrooms to cultivate those customer relationships and serve not just as a lighting fixtures provider, but as a provider and consultant of decorative solutions for the whole home," said James Ashley, VP of sales & marketing for Elk. "Elk Group has been active in putting together a package of brands that provide to our valued dealer base a single vendor partnership to supply and support their sales efforts with robust offerings in categories such as lighting fixtures, mirrors, portable lamps, occasional furniture, accents and accessories."

To support retail trends and the changing environmental factors faced within lighting showrooms, Elk Group will be unveiling its strongest dealer partnership program in company history for 2012. Dealers will have the opportunity to combine purchase orders and programming benefits for all Elk brands, including Elk Lighting, Landmark Lighting, Dimond Lighting, Sterling Industries, Artistic Lighting & Design, Bailey Street and HGTV by Elk.
