Napa Home & Garden has hired Kim Golden as key accounts product manager. With this addition, the Atlanta-based home décor company will enhance its product development capabilities and put additional focus on the needs of large-scale retailers.

“Kim will fill an important role in supporting our key account business now led by Cindy Graves,” said Jerry Cunningham, Napa CEO. Napa recently hired Graves as key account sales manager to expand Napa’s efforts with furniture stores, catalog businesses and regional chains. “Cindy and Kim are poised to do great things together at Napa.”

Golden brings to the company a proven record in product development in the home décor sector including owning her own import company. She has extensive experience in creating and managing private label products for The Home Depot, Toys “R” Us, Walmart, Target and Bed Bath & Beyond.

“At Napa, Kim will also manage team members that provide operational support for three of our sales channels,” said KC Cunningham, Napa’s president and creative director. “Our success at market has given us the opportunity to fill important roles within our company and to grow in new areas. We’re excited to have Kim as a member of our Napa family.”
