On Trend Brentano has released its annual color forecast for 2012, spotlighting three updated neutrals and three bold accent colors. Topping the list of neutrals is Paper White, a "true white" basic that is pure, clean and luxurious; Graphite, a darker charcoal that pairs perfectly with colors (such as deep yellow and purple) or neutrals; and Linen, a warm shade that can be used as a neutral or color in its own right. Brentano picks Marine as a top color, a classic navy that plays up its rich, jewel-toned appeal; Sprout, a bright yellow-green shade that livens interiors with a modern twist; and Tangerine, a saturated orange with a touch of red. |
