ALA to shoot new video series featuring Laurie Smith

The American Lighting Association is creating a new video series encouraging consumers to think of lighting as an 
important design element and promoting ALA-member showrooms as the premier source for lighting products and expertise.
The videos will feature designer Laurie Smith, author of Discovering Home with Laurie Smith and star of Trading Spaces (2000-2008).
Each video will focus on a different aspect of lighting and ways to incorporate it into every homeowner's design plan.
The ALA video crew will be shooting Wednesday, Jan. 18 at the Dallas Market Center. The completed videos will be posted on the ALA website and YouTube, and will be available for use by ALA members.
