Art supplier Classy Art was named among the fastest growing companies in Houston by the University of Houston.

On Nov. 6, Classy Art was recognized and awarded by the University of Houston’s Alumni program to join the Cougar 100 Program as one of the fastest growing companies in Houston. Classy Art has posted four consecutive years of growth exceeding 40%.

Company owners Gabriel and Jonathan Cohen are both graduates of the University of Houston.

“We are truly honored to be recognized by our alma mater, the community and the industry in which we serve,” said Gabriel Cohen, president and co-owner.

Added Jonathan Cohen, CFO and co-owner, “This award is a testament of our mentors, our education, our employees and the support of our parents and family.”

The Cougar 100 Program, in its fourth year, is a bold new UH annual tradition that identifies, recognizes and celebrates the world’s fastest-growing UH Cougar-owned and Cougar-led businesses.
