ALA releases lighting video series featuring Laurie Smith from Trading Spaces

DALLAS -- The American Lighting Association has released a series of four videos with Laurie Smith, author and star of the hit television show Trading Spaces, highlighting the importance of lighting to interior design.
Each minute-long video focuses on a different aspect of lighting and ways to incorporate it into a design plan.
"There are so many varying styles and designs in lighting today that the possibilities are endless," Smith says in the Choosing the Right Lighting Fixture video.
Videos in the series include:

The videos are available for viewing on YouTube.com, ALA and ALA members' websites, and the consumer e-newsletter Bright Ideas.
The series with Laurie was excellent! The fixtures were well chosen showing exciting product that's available and emphasizing the point that lighting is as important as it really is.
