Rose Tarlow Melrose House appoints Jobst Blachy as CEO

LOS ANGELES -- Rose Tarlow Melrose House, an interior furnishings company based here, has announced the appointment of Jobst Blachy as its CEO.
Effective immediately, Blachy will oversee all aspects of the brand, including strategic growth, operations, marketing and brand partnerships, according to a press release from the company.
"Jobi has an impressive background in the luxury home furnishings space, and we are thrilled to have him at the helm of this brand," said designer Rose Tarlow. "He joins us at a pivotal time in our expansion and we are confident that we will benefit from his tremendous leadership and insight."
Blachy has nearly twenty years of experience in senior positions in the home furnishings industry. Prior to joining Rose Tarlow Melrose House, he worked as president of luxury furniture brand Edward Ferrell + Lewis Mittman, where he launched the William Yeoward brand to the U.S. market. He has also worked as vice president of trade showrooms and retail stores at Henredon Furniture Industries.
