World Market Center Las Vegas welcomes new temporary lines

LAS VEGAS -- World Market Center Las Vegas will welcome nearly 80 new temporary lines to the 2012 Summer Las Vegas Market, which takes place July 30-Aug. 3.

The new lines will be found on temporaries floors of the market, located on C4 and C5 in Building C. Notable gift, textile and home décor lines include Emma at Home, a company known for its hand-tufted designer rugs with modern flair, as well as its home accessories and furnishings; Home Treasures, a wholesale purveyor of fine linens and textiles; Blue Sky Global, whose European-inspired accents and lighting will be showing at a U.S. trade show for the first time; Marshall Clements, a custom designer of antique reproductions; Northeast Fine Arts, an American art revival company that specializes in bronze reproductions and sculptures; Kumi KooKoon, a manufacturer of luxury silk products; Metal Perspectives, a new product launch from Artisan House; and Kiss That Frog and Be Home, which represent Las Vegas Market's first major introduction of tabletop resources to the marketplace.

In addition to approximately 80 new temporary lines that will be joining Las Vegas Market, C4 also will feature a new vintage collection. Reflecting an appreciation of the past with an eye for the unique, the collection includes décor and furnishings, jewelry, clothing and one-of-a-kind memorabilia, appropriate for display or resale. Companies who will be showcasing their wares in the new vintage area include My Mothers Buttons, Bella Maison, Le Muse, Queen of My Heart and Austin Woodhenge.

"We are very excited to have almost 80 new lines - ranging from home décor to luxury textile to handcrafted merchandise - join Gift+Home at Las Vegas Market, which has experienced great momentum over the last two years and this summer is no exception. The addition of the Vintage area on C4 is a new, must-attend collection that will be a treasure hunt of unique products for buyers and designers," said Margaret Powers, vice president of tradeshow leasing. "Gift continues to be an important focus for us as we are fast becoming the western hub in the U.S. for the gift and home industry, and the addition of these temporary lines, plus the new resources located throughout the permanent gift showrooms, further builds on that offering."
