Dwell with Dignity to receive inaugural Visionary Award at ARTS Awards

Dwell with Dignity will be honored during the 24th annual ARTS Awards with the inaugural Visionary Award.

The Visionary Award recognizes industry innovation and excellence - qualities best represented by Dwell with Dignity for its tremendous contribution to help families and communities as well as its inspirational impact on the design and home industries.

"Dwell with Dignity's mission to help families escape poverty and homelessness through design makes them the perfect recipient of the first Visionary Award," said Bill Winsor, president and CEO, Dallas Market Center. "We're honored to recognize and thank them during the ARTS Awards."

"We're truly grateful and humbled by this award and recognition," said Lisa Robison, founder and president, Dwell with Dignity. "Our continued goal is to inspire and help as many families as we can through design, and appreciate the shared enthusiasm and support of our vision from Dallas Market Center and organizations such as ART."

Dwell with Dignity is a Dallas-based nonprofit group of interior designers and volunteers dedicated to creating soothing, inspiring homes for families struggling with homelessness and poverty. Dwell with Dignity installs home interiors for families that include donated and refurbished furnishings and art, as well as bedding, kitchen supplies and food in the pantry. Dwell with Dignity brings good design to those less fortunate; inspiring families to maintain a standard of living they can be proud of and thrive in.
