Stylecraft to relocate, consolidate headquarters and warehouses next month

     Southaven, Miss.-based Stylecraft Home Collection is moving its corporate headquarters, showroom and warehousing operations to a new 168,500-sq.-ft. complex next month.
      The move will consolidate Stylecraft's facilities, which up to now have include three warehouses and a 125,000-sq.-ft. showroom/warehouse/office building, into one site located just a few miles away from its previous headquarters, which the company has occupied since 2007.
      Stylecraft executives worked with architects on a 100% custom build-out at the new headquarters, which is situated in a new industrial park off State Line Road, at 8474 Market Place Drive.
      The move will also add several thousand additional feet of showroom space, necessitated by the company's growth in recent months. About 19,000 square feet will be dedicated to office and showroom space.
      "We have to have it; we don't have a choice. Our business growth has made it a must," said Rodney Leath, director of advertising and media, who added that combining the four warehousing facilities will also accommodate smoother logistics.
      "With this move, we'll have the space and be better equipped logistically, to best service our retail accounts, from big box to the smaller independents that remain a key core segment of our customer base."
      The move will take place in November.
      For the Fall High Point Market, Stylecraft has 505 introductions across its categories of lighting, accessories, wall décor and accent furniture, including 247 new lamp designs. The company's High Point showroom is located at 130 S. Main Street, approximately one block north of the IHFC.
