Rizzy Home names new national sales manager, adds territory reps

Rugs, textiles and furniture manufacturer Rizzy Home has promoted Kevin Welch to national sales manager, the company announced.

Welch was hired in October 2012 to the position of regional sales and national accounts manager. He has numerous years of sales and management experience with both Karastan and Oriental Weavers and will be overseeing Rizzy's sales team as well as handling certain key accounts. He will be based in Dallas.

Rizzy Home has also hired Rich Schaefer to cover the state of Connecticut. Schaefer has 25 years of experience in the flooring industry and will be specializing in flooring and furniture stores as well as design customers.

Also joining the Rizzy team is Elizabeth Keegan, who will be based in Los Angeles and will cover South Central California. Keegan will be focusing on key retail, design and hospitality accounts.

Rizzy Home moves to its new showroom in the Las Vegas World Market Center, A-444, during the upcoming January market, where all three will be in attendance.
