Textillery Weavers has partnered with two companies to expand its product line in textiles and lamps.
The company licensed a number of its most popular woven designs and colorways to Melange Home to create a complete bedding collection that debuted at the New York Home Textiles Show and the International Home Furnishings Market in High Point, N.C. in October.
Tyndale, designers and manufacturers of handcrafted lamps and lighting, debuted a collection of lamps and pendants called Tweedeliers in High Point.
The collection is a collaboration between Suzanne Lauren, Tyndale's vice president of design, and Textillery Weavers' head designer, Judith Rose.
"The Tweedeliers is really a fabric story," Lauren said. "The whole collection is based on Judith's beautiful signature boucle tweeds and the marvelous blending of textures."
The Tweedeliers Collection includes table lamps and hanging pendants using a variety of boucle tweeds in Tyndale's signature shade designs.
"I've always loved the creativity and individuality of Tyndale's line," Rose said. "We're excited to have the opportunity to partner with a company that shares our creative spirit as we branch out and expand our product offerings."
Textillery for Melange Home features six colorways and classic woven tweed styles in printed bed sheets, top-of-bed woven designs, throw pillows, comforters, duvet covers and quilts. Plans also call for the addition of a bath collection, including shower curtains and accessories in spring 2005.
