Dallas makes executive changes

Staff -- Home Accents Today, 1/1/2005

The Dallas Market Center has named four vice presidents as part of a key organizational change.

Jane Robertson, who rejoined the DMC last year, will be senior vice president of marketing and Cole Daugherty has been promoted to vice president of marketing communications. Alden Clanahan will become vice president of visual merchandising and events and Robbie Armstrong has been named vice president of event administration. Marie Conners has been promoted to senior director of soft goods retail development.

Robertson will oversee all facets of marketing, including communications, retail development, special events, international development and database management. These departments were formerly led by Lori Eddleman, who has resigned.

Daugherty will be responsible for the communications division of marketing, including public relations, advertising and exhibitor communications. He has been with DMC for three years.

"These leaders have demonstrated excellent marketing skills and have proven to be key assets to the company," said Bill Winsor, president and CEO of DMC. "We applaud their hard work and congratulate them on their new roles."
