George Little Management and Marketplace Expositions have formed a joint venture to launch the Art & Framing Showcase, a new tradeshow debuting this October in New York.
The first edition of the Art & Framing Showcase will run Saturday, Oct. 15 through Monday, Oct. 17, at New York City's Pier 94. It will present nearly 200 art resources and framing suppliers, and is expected to draw about 5,000 trade attendees, including art dealers, galleries, custom picture framers, interior designers, photo studios, sign shops and volume art/framing purchasers including retailers, manufacturers, and wholesale framers.
In addition to serving art and framing industry needs, the show is timed to coincide with GLM's existing House to Home Market, which runs Oct. 16–19, at New York City's Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
Continuous free shuttle service will link Pier 94 and the Javits Center, and both shows will honor each other's badges.
