Harlow joins Trans-Ocean

Trans-Ocean has named Linda Harlow vice president of merchandising. In this newly created position, she will spearhead Trans-Ocean's product development and sourcing efforts.
Harlow most recently held the position of managing director of handmade rugs for Oriental Weavers-Sphinx.
