Craft industry veteran Colvin English has joined George Little Management as director of craft marketing. English also will serve as show manager of Sources LA and divisional manager of At Home at the California Gift Show.

As director of craft marketing, English will serve as jury chair and strategic director of the Handmade divisions at the California Gift Show, San Francisco International Gift Fair, New York International Gift Fair and The Seattle Gift Show. In this role, English will work closely with Carol Sedestrom Ross, who has served as director, craft marketing since 1992. Ross will continue to represent GLM within the craft community as a consultant.

As show manager, English will be responsible for overall management, including planning and strategic development, marketing, and sales, for Sources LA, a new annual trade show connecting non-U.S. manufacturers and exporters with U.S.-based importers, distributors and volume buyers. Sources LA will launch in January 2006 concurrent with the California Gift Show.

English was most recently the co-founder, Melange, an import wholesale company.
