Williamsburg names new licensees

Williamsburg, the home furnishings and accessories product arm of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation celebrated a groundbreaking year of licensee additions with the unveiling of its 2006 Home Collection Sept. 21 in New York at a pre-market media event.
Williamsburg's current arsenal of nearly 60 licensees includes newcomers Obeetee, Vista Alegre, Teleflora, Earth Elements, Artland and Foreside. Vista Alegre and Artland join the tabletop group alongside Mottahedeh; Obeetee joins Capel in the floor coverings group; Teleflora and NDI offer a variety of floral arrangements and Foreside and Global Views provide a selection of home accents. Earth Elements forges new territory with the first Williamsburg home fragrance collection.
Williamsburg also has extensive national distribution with a branded paint program through Sherwin Williams' Pratt & Lambert and Martin Senour brands. Furniture industry leaders Stickley and Nichols & Stone offer a complete line of case goods from authentic reproductions to rattan and upholstery. Pine Cone Hill, Waverly and C&F lead the textile category for the brand.
At more than $100 million in sales Williamsburg offers consumers a variety of price points and a selection of both home accessories and furniture, through a range of sales channels from its Web site, catalog and flagship stores in Williamsburg, Va. Product also is distributed nationwide through independent retailers, department stores, furniture stores and other multi-channel marketers.
