Designer Raymond Waites, known for his dramatic and distinctive style in lamps, bedding, furniture and accessories, has introduced a collection of value-priced lamps for some of his key major customers.
Waites said some of his major clients such as Bed, Bath & Beyond, Dillards, Linens 'N' Things and Bloomingdales were asking for a price structure in lamps that more appropriately supported their product mix than his higher end line with Frederick Cooper.
Partnering with Spring House, Waites created the line. "They have done a spectacular job in executing the designs," he said.
The collection of about 50 SKUs is done in three styles: contemporary done in shiny metal; transitional; and the very decorative vintage looks for which Waites is best known. Retail pricing runs from about $29 to $200.
Raymond Waites keeps his distinctive look in a new lamp line.
