Silvestri adds John Talbert

Silvestri, a giftware, collectibles and home decor company, has named John Talbert as national director of sales.

Talbert is responsible for creating new retailer dealer incentive programs, continuing to develop the company's sales team, participating in strategic planning of new e-commerce opportunities and new product development and marketing initiatives.

Talbert was most recently a regional sales manager at Midwest of Cannon Falls. He also worked as an account manager at Christopher Radko and Department 56.

Silvestri also has promoted two district sales managers. Nora Chapman took over as regional sales manager. Laura Campbell became Silvestri's new corporate trainer. Both report to Talbert.
