Joanna Mineau has launched Page 1 PR, a boutique public relations firm in Chicago.

"The focus at Page 1 PR is providing our clientele with customized public relations and communications services that get results," Mineau said. "As an entrepreneur myself, I understand how important each client's business is to them, and I make sure the message about their company, product or service rings true and gets a response."

Mineau spent seven years at Chicago-based Merchandise Mart Properties Inc., where her most recent position was managing director of public relations. Prior to that, she was a news editor and writer for a Chicago radio station.
