Native Spirit
Kara Cox -- Home Accents Today, 12/1/2005
Last season's turquoise jewelry launched a movement in the home toward all things Native American. Navajo-inspired patterns are appearing on everything from rugs to table lamps as feathers and beading add a luxe touch to soft goods. Colors remain earthy with a few splashes of bright blue and orange to keep it fresh. Ceramic designs borrow on the native pottery traditions of American Indians with a modern update that brings them into now.
