Clay, Metal & Stone taps Lammerding as sales director

Staff -- Home Accents Today, 2/1/2006

Amy Lammerding has been named director of sales and marketing for Fort Lauderdale-based home accent manufacturer and distributor Clay, Metal & Stone.

In her new position, Lammerding will oversee corporate brand identity development, marketing and advertising. As the role expands, Lammerding also will be responsible for managing and developing key retail accounts and other new business opportunities.

"Our company has experienced significant growth in recent years and we felt it was time to bring in a seasoned expert who could help us fine-tune and strengthen our brand positioning and sales strategies," said Robert Levin, president. "Amy's extensive experience in the apparel industry will not only translate perfectly to our business, but also bring a fresh new perspective that is sure to take us to the next level."

Lammerding comes to Clay, Metal & Stone from Nautica where she served as senior account executive for the apparel manufacturer's denim and childrenswear divisions. In this position, she was responsible for sales and marketing for a number of the company's key accounts, including two divisions of Federated, Parisian, Proffitts and others.
