Haeger producing Wright line
Staff -- Home Accents Today, 3/1/2006
Haeger Potteries has licensed with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation to produce ceramic decorative accessories based on designs by the famed architect.
Under terms of the agreement, Haeger will manufacture vases, sculptures and other decorative items for the home, based on designs Wright created for private residences, commercial buildings and other decorative designs in the foundation's archives. The items will be featured in the foundation's Frank Lloyd Wright Collection.
Haeger already has introduced the first piece of the collection, the Pinnacle Vase, based on a 1933 Wright design. Haeger will expand the line at the April High Point market.
This vase is available in Grueby green and Cayenne and features Wright's geometric design element and authorized "FLLW" chop mark.
