OneCoast acquires Collective Home in California

OneCoast, national sales and marketing agency, has acquired Collective Home, a Los Angeles-based sales representative group. With this addition, OneCoast now provides sales and marketing services in all 50 states in the home decor and giftware markets.

Collective Home operated as an independent sales representative agency serving the home decor market, representing Vietri, Le Jacquard Francais, Churchill Weavers and others. Collective Home services the region of Southern California, Arizona and Nevada, with six sales associates. OneCoast will continue to operate a showroom in the Los Angeles Gift Mart and open a showroom in Las Vegas in January 2007.

"We are delighted to be able to offer our sales and marketing services to California retailers for the first time," said Ted Teele, OneCoast CEO. "And, our presence in the Los Angeles and Las Vegas Markets allows us to provide our customers with an extended range of locations and dates to see the products we represent."

Susan Thoen, founder and principal of Collective Home, joins the OneCoast management team as sales manager, reporting to Nancy Lee, regional vice president, West. All Collective Home associates have been added to the OneCoast sales team.

Terms of the deal, which was finalized on May 12, were not disclosed.
