Colonial Mills Inc. makes several executive appointments

Colonial Mills Inc., a manufacturer of area rugs and accessories, has promoted Donald R. Minchello Jr., William J. Caffrey, Christopher Fanning and Elsa Domingos to the positions of distribution and quality control manager, manufacturing controller, national accounts sales manager and retail manager, respectively.
As distribution and quality control manager, Minchello will work with the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and the management of error-free shipments, quality assurance and training.
In the position of manufacturing controller, Caffrey is designated responsibility for system input and maintenance, bills of material, inventory control and product costing analysis.
Fanning's responsibilities as national accounts sales manager include overseeing all aspects of sales and service for key accounts, facilitating new sales growth and conducting training seminars.
Domingos' position as retail manager entails overseeing store operations, customer service, orders management and financial reporting.
