Two's Company opens expanded HQ

Home decor producer Two's Company has moved into a new 100,000-sq.-ft headquarters building in Greenburgh, N.Y.
"Having a single-floor facility significantly increases the efficiency of our company's operation," said company founder and CEO Bobbie Gottlieb. "Our business had outgrown our existing facility, which was cumbersome with four floors and which could no longer maintain the level of operation necessary to sustain our growth."
The new single-floor facility, located at 500 Saw Mill River Road, has increased capacity for shipping having expanded to eight-bay loading docks vs. just two at its former location. The building's warehouse also incorporates state-of-the-art order fulfillment technology, improving the accuracy and productivity of its expanded shipping capability. The company was previously located in nearby Mt. Vernon, N.Y.
Slightly more than half of Two's Company's 230 employees have relocated to the new facility, with the balance working as sales associates and representatives around the country.
Tozai Home and Cupcakes & Cartwheels, divisions of Two's Company, also share this new facility.
