DIFFA fundraiser debuts in Dallas Elle Decor's popular Dining by Design came to the Dallas Market Center in June to raise money for DIFFA: Design Industries Foundations Fighting AIDS and to show off the talents of market exhibitors, local retailers and nationally known designers. The resulting 40-plus tables ranged from the funky and fun (feathers, mirrors and grass as the dominant themes) to elegant and chic (chandeliers and Baccarat). A sold-out cocktail party and seated dinner put money in DIFFA coffers and helped set the tone for the sophisticated event. Since Dining by Design's inception, more than $5.5 million has been raised for DIFFA.
