Lava Enterprises announces new management team

Lava Enterprises and its subsidiary X'pressions in Decor have named new leadership in senior management and creative positions.

Aya Evan now leads the company as president. Her background includes management, sales and marketing in the consumer goods, gifts, candles and home decor markets.

Chris Gallinetti joins Lava as vice president of sales. Gallinetti is responsible for all aspects of the companies selling activity, including all products, markets, channels and representative groups. He brings more than 17 years of industry experience, from companies such as Russ Berrie & Co., The Encore Group and Applause.

Janis Deady, Lava's new vice president of business development, will manage the company's selling activity in both key and mass accounts. Before joining Lava, Deady spent 13 years at Figi and another 10 at Applause.

Allen Dudash has been promoted to creative director and is now heading the product development department. Dudash has been with Lava for three years as a product development manager.

Marty Reed has been promoted to vice president of supply chain. In this new position he will handle all sourcing, purchasing, quality assurance, logistics, production planning and control. Marty Reed has been with Lava for three years leading the operations and development the X'pressions division.
