Dallas Market Center has promoted Steve Dumas, a 15-year veteran of Dallas Market Center, to vice president of marketing operations.
Dumas had held positions in both retail development and leasing for gift and home and apparel. Most recently, Dumas was senior director of interactive marketing for DMC. Dumas reports to Jane Robertson, senior vice president of marketing.
In his new capacity, Dumas oversees all marketing information systems and assumes the management of the market services department, which moves from the finance division to the marketing operations division. He is responsible for the upcoming initiative, including the creation and implementation of Market Fast Pass in January 2007, streamlining the retailer qualification process, and developing new features within the Market Travel system.
