Ultimate Products names housewares president

Ultimate Products USA, the newly established American subsidiary of the British tabletop giant Ultimate Products Ltd., has named Jennifer Palmer president of its housewares division.

Palmer comes to Ultimate from another British-owned American company, Pimpernel USA, where she served as president for the past three years. Palmer will work out of the national headquarters in Charleston, S.C., while Beth Forer, vice president of product development, will maintain the company's showroom at 7 West 34th Street in New York.

Ultimate Products USA will initially focus on tabletop and home decor, featuring placemats, dinnerware and glassware.
