Kevin Welch recently joined Sphinx by Oriental Weavers as sales manager for the company's Southwest region.
Welch will be based in Dallas with responsibility for 10 states reaching from western Tennessee to Arizona, and Louisiana to Wyoming.
Welch comes to Sphinx from Karastan where he served in various capacities. Most recently, he was Karastan's mountain region vice president. In his new post, Welch will be responsible for developing new business and managing the sales staff in the 10 Southwestern states. He reports to Paul Pauluzzi, vice president of sales for Sphinx.
