Raymond Waites Couture to court high end

Raymond Waites Design has created a new division, Raymond Waites Couture, that will specialize in the high-end designer and decorator market.

In a related move, the company has signed new licenses with two companies that specialize in marketing to these segments.

John-Richard of Greenwood, Miss., and The Phillips Collection of High Point, N.C., will produce the Raymond Waites Couture Collection products in soft home furnishings, decorative arts, lamps and accessories.

At the same time, Stacey Testa has been promoted to senior vice president of design.

She has been with the company since its inception, most recently as creative director.
