W.A.C. Lighting has appointed Chris Johnston as western regional sales manager.

Johnston will be based in the firm's West Coast distribution center. In his new post, he will oversee sales in all states west of the Mississippi, as well as Mexico and Central America. Johnston will also be promoting W2 Architectural Lighting, W.A.C. Lighting's commercial division, through commercial sales agencies and designers.

Johnston brings more than 25 years of experience in the lighting industry to the position. Most recently, he was Lightolier's senior sales representative.
