McGee returns to MMPI to head leasing

Tim McGee is returning to the post of vice president of leasing for Merchandise Mart Properties Inc. in High Point, N.C.
For the past three and a half years, McGee has served as vice president of leasing for the Showplace complex in High Point. Prior to this, he was vice president of leasing for MMPI High Point. He also worked several years in leasing for AmericasMart Atlanta.
As vice president of leasing, McGee will have overall responsibility for leasing the 2.1 million square feet of permanent and temporary space in MMPI's six buildings in High Point (Plaza Suites, Furniture Plaza, National Furniture Mart, Market Square/Suites at Market Square, Hamilton Market, 300 South Main Street).
McGee will report directly to Tom Mitchell, senior vice president and general manager of MMPI High Point.
