Emess boosts sales leadership

Pittsburgh, Pa.-based decorative lighting company Emess Design Group has appointed four sales professionals as part of its recent company expansion.
Karen Fallon will oversee Emess' Cresswell home lighting brand in her new position as Cresswell national sales manager. Fallon has worked to build the Cresswell brand in targeted furniture and lighting specialty store channels of distribution.
All associated sales representatives and agencies will report to Fallon on Cresswell sales initiatives.
John Ferrari joins Emess as a Cresswell brand sales representative for Northern California, Northern Nevada and Hawaii. Ferrari comes to Emess with 18 years of experience in the home furnishings industry.
Alex Crumpler joins Emess as regional sales manager. He will manage sales activities for key accounts, including Linens 'N Things and Bed Bath & Beyond, as well as major accounts within the eastern region.
Jane Wegand, also a regional sales manager, will work with existing major retailers, as well as to identify and engage new targeted major retailers, in the western region.
