7W Gift Week gets new spin

Building upon the One of a Kind Show and Sale, an annual consumer holiday shopping event at Chicago's Merchandise Mart, Merchandise Mart Properties Inc. announced recently that it is expanding the show to include a wholesale market at MMPI's 7 W New York.
The first One of a Kind Wholesale Show is planned during The New York Gift Week, Aug. 16-19, 2008, and will take place at the Market Suites @ 7 W on the 11th floor.
The show offers artists and artisans the opportunity to bring their work to the gift and home accessories industry – and it allows independent retailers a chance to differentiate themselves with one-of-a-kind products.
